  • Focus on customers first! Actively engage our two-legged and four-legged customers. We truly do believe they deserve the best and that's what we strive for.
  • Lead, develop and coach a team of hourly clerks to build successful relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Implement changes to the store to best achieve our mission and goals.
  • Act as a point of escalation with customers and be driven to ensure customer issues are addressed immediately.
  • Train Team Members to safely and accurately perform tasks to predetermined standards.
  • Based on operational plans and company standards, assign Team Members to job tasks in order to maximize customer service & reach retail goals setting a schedule to meet the business needs.
  • Provide management feedback to Team Members and then provide on-the-job training to meet training needs.
  • Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees in the store to provide feedback and drive change within the store, adapt to the ever-changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience.
  • Model accountability, creativity, resourcefulness, energy, passion, leadership, integrity, honesty, and team building.
  • Order, receive, and voucher products for your store based on customer demand and product selection.What You'll Need

    • Sales and/or pet experience.
    • Retail Management experience is a plus.
    • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
    • Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (bags of kibble and litter).
    • Minimum 40 hours a week availability.
