Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a Director 2 of Facilities
Operations for an educational account in Colorado. Our successful
candidate will develop excellent client-partner relationships, be
invested in the culture and campus events, and have a presence on
campus to show a strong commitment to the facility, staff, and

- Manage the business operations for the in-house maintenance,
grounds, and custodial departments
- Strive to support the client to optimize their business while
building a strong and trusting partnership

You Bring
- A proven track record of successful facilities management
leadership or related experience, preferably multi-unit
- Proficient technical knowledge of the following: mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems
- Demonstrated business and financial acumen
- Stellar client management
- Exceptional customer service, relationship building, and
communication skills
- Strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and
