• Manage and oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.

• Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Prepare internal and external reports about job status.
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.The Successful ApplicantA successful Multifamily Project Manager should have:
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
