  • Establish and build strong relationships with existing and prospective CNC machine tool customers
  • Understand customer businesses and needs to propose tailored manufacturing solutions
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals by developing and closing new opportunities
  • Partner with Applications Engineering for technical support and demonstrations
  • Present solutions that align with customer goals and requirements
  • Manage critical projects to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product lines and competitor offerings
  • Keep CRM systems up to date with contacts, accounts, activities, forecasts, and quotesWhat We're Looking For:
    • Experience: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Fabrication machine tools, with prior experience in manufacturing environments
    • Communication Skills: Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent listening, questioning, and writing skills
    • Problem-Solving: Creative thinker able to explain complex concepts in a clear, relatable way
    • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of managing time effectively
