As an important member of our team, you will be educating and informing homeowners on storm damage as it relates to roofing, siding and gutter projects.   • Performance Based Pay (based on activities)

  • $62,400 - $266,000 / year (expected yearly earnings)

  • Opportunity for growth and advancement Responsibilities for Residential Roofing Sales Representatives
    • Prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities
    • Manage and maximize assigned territory
    • Conduct exterior property inspections
    • Convert inspections to claim filed and contract signed
    • Review Scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners
    • Collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners
    • Obtain Referrals from customers on approved sales/networking
    • Build relationships by earning trust with Homeowners
    • Educate customers on the industry, products, and company policies
    • Methodically manage sales pipeline via CRM
    • Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
    • Follow company's Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures Qualifications for Residential Roofing Sales Representatives
      • 2+ years proven full cycle sales experience preferred
      • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage
      • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
      • Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
      • Previous experience using a CRM platform required
      • Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment
      • Dedication to personal career development
      • Valid Driver's license
      • 21 years of age or older preferred
