  • We are looking for a Licensed BCBA with at least three years of experience working with individuals with special needs.
  • Candidates should have a deep appreciation for trauma-informed care and a commitment to the least aversive methods of behavior shaping.
  • The ideal candidate is collaborative, open to learning, and motivated to contribute to a multidisciplinary team.Responsibilities
    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
    • Implement and monitor behavioral therapy interventions for patients, particularly children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
    • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
    • Provide training and support to RBTs regarding behavioral health strategies.
    • Other duties as assigned by ABA Director.Benefits:
