Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: Sunday - Tuesday, rotating every other Wednesday (5:30
PM - 6:00 AM)
4th Shift: Thursday - Saturday, rotating every other Wednesday
(5:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
1st Shift: Sunday - Tuesday, rotating every other Wednesday (5:30
AM - 6:00 PM)
3rd Shift: Thursday - Saturday, rotating every other Wednesday
(5:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: $30-$38/hr + shift differential + bonus
Job Description:
Are you a passionate Automation Engineering Technician looking to

Key Responsibilities: Equipment Support (40%)
Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and supporting
specific manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production
environment. Maintain operational efficiency and reliability.
Project Involvement (30%)
Collaborate on manufacturing projects including new equipment
installations, acceptance testing, and run testing. Contribute to
innovative initiatives that drive operational success.
Preventive Maintenance (30%)
Perform routine preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing
equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with
industry standards.
Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with
automated equipment maintenance or in a production environment,
medical device experience or sterile/cleanroom experience is a
plus.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a collaborative mindset.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a high-tech environment.
High School Diploma/GED or relevant Technical Degree.
PLC programming or mechanical experience.
Cleanroom assembly experience (preferred)
Experience supporting production and maintenance for medical
devices or equivalent preferred.
Strong skills in the design and troubleshooting of electrical,
mechanical, and/or software systems.
Experience with fabrication of complex mechanical and
electro-mechanical systems and assemblies.
Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications.
Strong proficiency in advanced mathematics, statistics, metrology,
or engineering disciplines.
