Job Description:

A company is looking for a Weekend Patient Coordinator (Remote/Non-Clinical).
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking medical assistance
Document patient needs accurately prior to nurse interaction
Utilize customized scripting to provide compassionate support and build trust with patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
1+ years of customer service experience required
1-2 years of healthcare experience desired
Inbound call center experience preferred
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
