Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier II Technical Support
Representative (Voice) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote service and support for Broadsoft Hosted voice
services and Allbridge Hosted BluIP voice customers
Manage service cases, ensuring high customer satisfaction and
timely resolution
Maintain accurate records of work completed in Salesforce CRM and
communicate with peers for issue escalation
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma; Associate's degree or equivalent work
experience preferred in a related field
3+ years of technical support voice experience in an
enterprise-level virtual technical support call center
Knowledge of Fortigate router configurations, Cradlepoint devices,
and Ruckus access points
In-depth knowledge of Broadsoft Hosted products and SIP telephony
hardware
Experience with LAN/WAN networking, including routing, switching,
and wireless networking
