Pay Range: $91,313.56 - $144,464.32 YEARLY as Base

Restoration Management.Job SummaryThe Branch Manager develops and
leads a team of Project Managers and Supervisors, responsible for
maximizing revenue and profitability in a specific geographic area
by utilizing the expertise and industry knowledge within the team.
This position provides direction, development, coaching, and
guidance to all direct reports while managing multiple claims/jobs.
Branch Managers are required to be On-Call along with other
managers.Key ResponsibilitiesCore responsibilities for the position
include:
- Serve as point of contact for urgent issues.
- Ensure all segments of branch operations support timely billing
and DSO reduction.
- Promote inter-office communication via regular staff meetings,
providing direction for the overall success of the branch.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with adjusters,
customers, co-workers, and contractors.
- Provide direction, leadership, and coaching to branch members
on current jobs and priorities.
- Continuously promote the company's services to adjusters and/or
potential clients.
- Collaborate and support Sales efforts in meeting corporate
revenue objectives.
- Drive Branch level financial success in areas such as Revenue,
Profit, Billing, and DSO.
- Conduct regular staff meetings or 1:1s to ensure positive
communication flow.
- Ensure performance reviews for the branch are processed
on-time.
- Make strategic decisions to positively impact branch success
and ensure deadlines are met.
- Hire, manage, and maintain a diverse workforce.
- Promote employee growth and development through training.
- Support the Company's safe workplace policies and practices and
promote adherence.Experience/RequirementsThe position requires the
following:
- Proven branch management experience in the commercial and
residential industry, specifically related to water, fire, and/or
mold loss.
- Sufficient knowledge of current management techniques and best
practices.
- Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
- Ability to meet target and production goals.
- Results-driven and customer relations focused.
- Possesses leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and
increase morale.
- Basic knowledge of human resource management skills.Safety
Requirements
- Regulatory Requirements: Adhere to all local, state, and
federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Required PPE may include
gloves, masks, goggles, hard hats, and safety footwear. All
employees must wear PPE as required for their specific roles and
job site conditions.
- Ergonomic Practices: Practice ergonomic principles to prevent
musculoskeletal disorders, including proper desk setup and
maintaining good posture.
- Office Safety Protocols: Adhere to established office safety
protocols to maintain a secure work environment, including proper
use of office equipment and ensuring workspaces are free from
clutter.
- Safety Training: Complete all mandatory safety training
sessions, including hazard communication and emergency
response.
- Reporting Safety Concerns: Identify and immediately report any
unsafe conditions, hazards, incidents, or injuries to supervisors
without fear of retaliation.
- Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency
procedures relevant to your specific job site, including evacuation
routes and emergency contacts.Physical RequirementsGeneral Physical
Abilities:
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry materials or
equipment weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. with
assistance.
- Physical Activities: Ability to perform tasks requiring
walking, bending, reaching, crouching, kneeling, climbing,
squatting, crawling, lifting above shoulder, reaching, and
twisting.
- Sitting and Standing: Prolonged sitting or standing required
(in office, driving, and/or at job sites). Regular alternating
between sitting and standing.
- Repetitive Motions: Continuous repetitive motion and tasks
involving hand movement (computer/mouse), wrists, or arms (e.g.,
typing, data entry).
- Machinery Operation: Capacity to operate machinery and tools as
required by job tasks, involving fine motor skills and hand-eye
coordination.
- Visual Ability: Requirement for clear vision (e.g., close work,
computer use, eye coordination).Working Conditions
- Indoor office setting for corporate roles, including working
with standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers). May
involve regular meetings (in person or Zoom) and collaboration with
team members.Field Environment:
- Outdoor fieldwork at restoration sites, which may include
residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Duties may
involve exposure to different weather conditions (sun, rain, snow,
heat).
- Potential exposure to hazardous materials, chemicals, or
contaminants specific to restoration work, requiring strict
adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE.
- Work after hours and weekends given our 24/7 business
operations.Travel Requirements:
- May include travel to and from job sites, requiring the use of
company vehicles. Possibility of attending out-of-town training or
