this role, you will lead a team of Solution Architects and oversee
the end-to-end architecture to design and build global enterprise
solutions. Your expertise will help shape the systems and processes
that empower our teams and break down silos. By collaborating with
cross-functional teams, you will be a change agent, driving the
adoption of new architectures and solutions across the
organization. Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise architects
in the organization to maintain a cohesive organizational strategy

- Solution Architecture: Design and lead the execution of
end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise platforms
across many critical and large interfacing systems. Driving
architecture simplification and consolidation of platforms to
flexible and scalable solutions.
- FinOps: Ability to design simplified architectures applying
cost optimization strategies across a complex cloud
environment.
- Architecture Review Board: Present architecture designs for
your initiatives and work with application teams to understand and
work through architecture obstacles. Review other architecture
designs being presented as a technology stakeholder to provide
feedback and best practices to enterprise standards.Leadership:
Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements and
drive cross-functional teams in the implementation of architecture
designs. Coach other Application Architects in technology
architecture and ensuring implementations follow the design and
integrate with related applications in overall enterprise
architecture topology.Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology,
or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, end-to-end solution
architecture, or related discipline, with proven experience in
designing native cloud architecture and microservices in large
enterprises. Experience in web and mobile application
development.
- Previous hands-on experience building platforms with Java,
Spring Boot, React Native, and related technologies.
- Experience in Financial and banking services.
- The ability to create professional and thorough presentations
for various stakeholder groups including executive level
presentations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional
collaboration skills.Tech Skills Needed: Architecture Frameworks
(e.g., TOGAF), Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), API Design,
Microservices Architecture & Security Protocols, React Native,
Spring Boot, Java, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka and related
technologies.Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Certifications in Cloud Platforms and Architecture (e.g., AWS,
Azure, GCP).
- Experience in the financial services or payments industry.We

.SalaryThe on-target earning range is $180,000 - $205,000 per year,
which includes a base salary and variable target incentive
(including short-term and long-term incentives) that aligns with
individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based
