Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business and technology leaders.
• Oversee feature development, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Manage product value, usability, feasibility, and business risks.
• Ensure clarity in artifacts, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, customer journey mapping, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration) or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience
    
    Skills and Qualifications:
    
    • Strong technical acumen to engage in solution discussions.
    • Experience in the wireless industry.
    • Excellent organization, facilitation, and communication skills.
    • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and self-motivation skills.
    • Ability to collaborate across distributed teams and manage shifting priorities.
    • Proficiency in Rally, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD environments.

      Salary Ranges
      
      Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
