Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Manager for IOE:
Cardano.
Key Responsibilities
Manage budget planning, resource allocation, and invoicing
processes
Lead contract management activities, ensuring compliance and proper
documentation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in an operational role within a
professional services environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related
field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in operations management or a related role
Experience with resource planning systems and financial management
software
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Program Increment (PI)
planning processes
