Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Representative to advocate for our products and customers, driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.
DISH has been reimagining the future of connectivity for over 40 years, with a business reach spanning satellite television service, live-streaming, and smart home installation services. Our brands include EchoStar, Hughes, DISH TV, Sling TV, Boost Mobile, and Gen Mobile.
The Sales team is critical to our success, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• 
  
• Conducting research on incentive payments and charge backs, and communicating with customers and retailers to resolve issues
  
• Partnering with local retailers to provide training and support on our products and services
  
• Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and internal systems, and using this knowledge to resolve customer issues and drive sales
  
• Qualifying prospects for DISH Network service and creating agreements using CSG/DISH Promo, EchoAdmin, and Interconnect credit files
  
• Resolving customer issues and providing world-class customer service
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    
  • One year of related experience, service industry preferred
    
  • Fluent English required
    
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    
  • Pleasant telephone personality
    
  • Strong organization skills
    
  • Detail oriented
    
  • Strong business integrity and work ethic
    
  • Able to proficiently handle multiple deadlines and/or tasks
    
  • Self-motivated
    
  • Ability to navigate and utilize multiple PC-based software platforms
    
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    
    Compensation: $15.91/Hour - $24.03/Hour
