Job Description:
A company is looking for an Endpoint Support Engineer Tier II to
provide professional support for customers' business technology and
corporate infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Assist and resolve ticket requests related to desktops, laptops,
MDM devices, and cloud applications
Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and printers for
employees and clients
Maintain inventory and ensure software license compliance through
regular auditing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of
experience in a managed services provider environment
Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP/MSSP)
environment preferred
Comfortable with Windows 7/10 OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and
Citrix
Endpoint Certifications in Desktop+, Microsoft Intune, or Security+
preferred
Sound understanding of ticketing systems, preferably
ConnectWise
