This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, marketing principles, and strategic thinking to create impactful and cohesive brand experiences across various channels.Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic social media marketing and strategy plan that aligns with overall business objectives and drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of social media marketing and strategy professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful execution of innovative, integrated campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create and deploy content and measurement tools that help more effectively acquire new customers and retain existing customer base across the globe.
  • Oversee the development of engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive the development and implementation of a social media crisis management plan, ensuring effective handling of potential issues while maintaining the brand's reputation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to maximize the reach and impact of social media marketing initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media and marketing, and incorporate innovative approaches into strategies and campaigns.Role Requirements
    • 8+ years of experience in social media marketing, marketing strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a multi-channel retailer or financial services company.
    • Proven ability to lead diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to communicate updates in a concise fashion to Executive Management and to understand and meet their expectations.
    • Additional experience in budget management and resource allocation.
