OverviewThe Vice President People Experience will help align overall business objectives with people strategies, including a focus on developing leaders and teams, driving organizational and leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance while fostering an inclusive culture. This role champions the employee lifecycle to promote a unified culture throughout the organization and maintain a top employee experience.ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

  • Communicate the company's value proposition through the sector's employment advertisements, career sites, job descriptions, and other employment materials.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying, and implementing projects to increase sector-wide recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide sound leadership that ensures the delivery of recruitment activities.
  • In coordination with corporate recruiting, ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations concerning the recruitment and selection process.
  • Ensure a consistent business image in the eyes of potential candidates through recruiting campaigns and processes.
  • Drive full life cycle recruiting processes.
  • Continuously evaluate the department's workload to guarantee optimal recruitment activity.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies that will ensure CPI attracts and hires the top talent available.
  • Lead the strategic direction of the recruiting team and examine hiring trends in anticipation of the business's response to labor market changes.
  • Develop strategies and processes that utilize both traditional and modern sources to cover all possible talent pools available to the sector.
  • Collaborate with functional and sector leaders as well as other program leaders within the business to determine current and future talent requirements.
  • Prepare and present weekly and annual key metrics and analytics.
  • Partner with outside recruiting partners as needed.Employee Management/Experience

    • Streamline and simplify the onboarding process to meet the needs of new hires.
    • Map the end-to-end employee experience and work with partnering departments to make it a fluid process.
    • Lead all efforts related to strategy, design, and delivery of talent management programs/processes for the enterprise.
    • Evaluate and support program best practices to ensure enterprise-wide adoption, knowledge sharing, and consistency.
    • Track program successes through metric-driven information and make recommendations for enhancements based on data insights.
    • Leverage technology for process, administration, and communication.
    • Collaborate with the HR leadership team on due diligence and integration efforts during mergers and acquisitions.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, efficient, and data-driven team.Talent Management
      • Support the design and execution of best-in-class talent & organizational development strategies and solutions.
      • Partner with HR Managers, business leaders, and team members across the organization to understand talent needs and align on priorities, approaches, processes, and tools.
      • Program manage, design, and recommend company-wide solutions, considering their impact across the entire employee experience.
      • Design effective and efficient communications within HR and across the company.
      • Partner closely with Finance and Legal to ensure efficient delivery and communications of respective programs, audits, budgets, and projects.Internal Communication
        • Partner with HR leadership, marketing, and business leaders to continuously improve and evolve communication channels to improve engagement and positively impact business results.Qualifications
          • An ability to link business strategies to talent needs, and vice versa.
          • A deep grounding in contemporary HR principles and practices; current knowledge of employment law; excellent employee relations and management skills; and a commitment to objectivity.
          • A high emotional intelligence with the ability to bring the "people perspective" into the conversation while holding organizational values.
          • A collaborative mindset and willingness to advise, coach, and counsel across all levels of leadership.
          • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
          • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volume recruitment.
          • Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
          • Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools.
          • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to maintain a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor toward a variety of stakeholders.
          • Manufacturing and/or operations experience preferred.
          • Critical thinker, customer-focused, collaborative, analytical.Requirements:
            • Bachelor's degree (or postgraduate degree) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
            • 15+ years of progressive HR experience.
            • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing programs related to engagement, recruitment, retention, and/or development.
            • Strong analytical skills.Physical Demands:
              • This position requires the ability to work from home, reliable high-speed internet access (hotspot not acceptable), and a dedicated distraction-free home work environment.
              • Hours are a minimum of 40 hours per week during the company's regular business hours; however, evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
              • Work is in a typical office environment; prolonged sitting required (1-2 hours at a time).
