Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Analyst for a remote,
temporary-to-permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee collections processes to ensure timely payments and
maintain accounts receivable
Collaborate with Client Services to resolve billing issues and
update client communications
Assist with payment processing, fee applications, and support the
month-end close process
Qualifications:
Must be located in Central or Eastern time zones
Associate's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent experience
preferred
3+ years of collections/accounts receivable experience, preferably
in financial services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
