POSITION SUMMARY
A Fixed Assets Project Supervisor plays a crucial role in
maintaining the financial records of the company. The Fixed Assets
Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the analysis of
the company's capital spend in accordance with US GAAP. This
requires reviewing capital spend to ensure it is capitalizable,
segregating capital spend by future assets and creating assets when
the project is complete. The Fixed Assets Project Supervisor will
work closely with resort operational teams to understand the status
and scope of capital projects. The Fixed Assets Project Supervisor
will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation
related to the fixed assets project, including policies,
procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, the Fixed Assets Project
Supervisor will provide regular updates and reports to management
regarding the status of the cost segregation and any relevant
findings or recommendations.
The Fixed Assets Project Supervisor should also have a solid
understanding of accounting principles and regulations related to
fixed assets, as well as proficiency in relevant software and tools
used for asset management and reporting.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the
Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position.
Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based
on various factors including but not limited to experience,
education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of
production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
The range listed is just one component of the Company's total
compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include
short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific
benefits.
Denver area base salary range: $80,000 - $112,000 per year.
