Position at SBM Management
SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make
the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that
has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial
or office space. Professional communication with the customers to
make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities:
Vacuuming
Mopping
Bonneting
Extraction (wet/dry)
Strip & wax floor
Carpet spot removal
Transport equipment, tools and supplies
Move furniture before/after clean
Communicate changes, progress or problem areas
Qualifications:
Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet
care expertise preferred
A drug test will be required
3+ years of experience
Must be able to pass MVR
Must be familiar with floor work (Carpet extraction, bonneting,
stripping, waxing, etc.)
Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 2:30 pm
Compensation: $17.42 - $17.50 per hour
